Strong communication, computer proficiency, and a commitment to service—along with experience in equipment rental and potential DOT qualification—are key. This position offers extensive on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement within a leading North American equipment rental company.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Valid Driver’s license required
  • Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment
  • Previous equipment rental industry experience
  • Strong customer service & telephone skills
  • Solid computer and administrative skills
  • Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations
