Sr. Equipment Manager, Strategic Partnerships - Government

Job Summary
Lead development and execution of an equipment sales strategy for Community Health Centers and government/institutional segments, partnering with CHC Directors on go-to-market plans and maintaining relationships with CHC consultants/groups. Guide pricing with gross profit guardrails and collaborate with government teams (federal, state, local, including Indian Health) on procurement and ES assignments. Support philanthropy initiatives (HSCARES) to design, equip and coordinate installation of dental equipment. Work within or outside the continental US and participate in special projects (e.g., mobile units, teledentistry). Requires vast knowledge of dental equipment, imaging, practice management software, and the design/build/installation process for De Novo dental sites; strong field experience with contractors, and superior planning, communication, negotiation, project management, and stakeholder-relations skills. Travel approximately 50%. Minimum base salary range posted is $115,000-$145,000; comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, parental leave, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 10+ years of increasing responsibility and complexity in relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent; Master's degree preferred
- Two or more industry certifications (preferred)
