Job Summary
Lead complex technical troubleshooting, analyze performance metrics such as OEE, MTBA, and MTTF, and manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime. Drive quality compliance and root-cause CAPA while mentoring junior staff and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to support line balancing and overall process excellence. Optimize equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency through continuous improvements, automation, and structured preventive maintenance. Requires a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, proficiency in CAD software, and the ability to read schematics and blueprints.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience
- Ability to demonstrate independent judgment, responsibility, and professionalism in front of program teams
- Ability to handle complex engineering assignments
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Ability to exercise good judgment to resolve problems
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CAD software and equipment simulation tools
