Job Summary
Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and report details within the Epic system to tailor software to organizational needs. Design, build, test, install, and maintain solutions while developing and documenting internal procedures. Collaborate with Application Managers, Project Teams, and Subject Matter Experts to collect, analyze, and document business operations and workflow. Facilitate meetings, lead task assignments, and ensure quality assurance processes including change management and testing are followed. Troubleshoot problems, address user questions, and provide on-call support on a rotating basis during go-lives and system upgrades. Analyze new functionality in releases to identify impact and validate end-to-end workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Effective oral, written communication and follow-up skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good process design experience
- Basic project management skills (ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts, maintain issues list, manage project plan)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, problem solver
- 3-4 years of experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Certified in 1 or more Epic Applications with/or working toward an Epic Graduate certification in their primary application
- Multiple Epic implementation experiences
- Possesses cross-application integration knowledge
- Healthcare experience required
- Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
