Sr. Epic Analyst- Clinical Trials/CTMS

Job Summary
Provide advanced maintenance, support, and development to assigned Epic applications while participating in implementation and installation project teams. Identify, analyze, and resolve data and system issues of intermediate complexity, escalating advanced issues as appropriate. Develop, validate, and execute application and integrated test plans in adherence to organization standards for system configuration and change control. Maintain knowledge base documentation and demonstrate proficiency in gathering requirements and preparing specifications. Inform leadership of new release features and operational impacts. Requires three to five years of Epic and healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration
- Three to five years of Epic experience
- Three to five years of healthcare experience
- Epic Application experience
- MS Office experience
Desired Qualifications
- Three to five years of IT knowledge and analyst work
- Three to five years of Ancillary, Clinical, Patient Access, or Revenue Cycle experience
- Overall 3rd party troubleshooting and solutioning experience
- Hospital knowledge/experience based on requirements of hiring team
