Job Summary
Sr. ES Tech leads the housekeeping team on shift at UH Truman Medical Center, trains and mentors staff, ensures hospital-grade cleanliness, enforces safety and infection-control standards, operates and maintains cleaning equipment, and communicates professionally with patients and staff to promote a safe, clean environment. Requires leadership ability, hands-on cleaning expertise, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and experience with floor machines, vacuums, and cleaning products.CHEDULE: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; 40 hours per week; healthcare/institutional housekeeping experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of housekeeping experience
- Experience leading or training a team is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English
