Job Summary
As a Senior Environmental Services Manager, you will provide system-wide leadership and strategic direction for Environmental Services operations, ensuring consistent standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance across Blue Skies of Texas campuses. Key responsibilities include overseeing EVS policies and workflows, coaching EVS leadership staff, managing the operating budget, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with internal departments to support organizational goals. This role requires a strong background in Environmental Services, leadership abilities, and effective communication skills, with a focus on enhancing the resident experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a good driving record
- CPR & First Aid Training
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in Environmental Services/Housekeeping operations within a senior living, assisted living, health care, or similarly regulated environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently
- Ability to read, write, speak, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience overseeing multi-site EVS operations
- Knowledge of state inspection and regulatory standards applicable to senior living, assisted living, and health care environments
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Certified Executive Housekeeper (CEH) or similar professional certification
