Job Summary
Sr. Environmental and Compliance Manager responsible for providing technical and regulatory assistance on environmental issues, project support, and compliance with applicable regulatory and permit requirements. Leads complex environmental regulatory, permitting, and compliance projects at facility and corporate levels; participates in corporate environmental audits; manages Stormwater and Landfill-related initiatives; ensures adherence to environmental laws and standards; serves as a key point of contact for environmental programs across locations; tracks performance metrics, analyzes trends, and recommends improvements; manages notices of violation and corrective action planning; supports acquisition integration related to environmental compliance; leads sustainability and climate action support; prepares environmental compliance reports (e.g., SPCC, Stormwater, discharge monitoring); oversees program success and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Environmental Management, Environmental Science, or related field
- Five (5+) or more years of environmental regulatory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience leading strategic projects, people, and/or teams
- Ability to travel up to 50%
