Sr Enterprise Solutions Manager

Job Summary
Document and understand customer current states, business goals, and IT investments to provide technical and strategic direction from initial design to steady state. Serve as the single point of ownership for technology solutions, coordinating global resources to optimize value while implementing governance practices across incident, change, and vendor management. Lead lifecycle management activities, including maintaining production configurations, application dependency maps, and recovery strategies that meet customer RTO/RPO targets through periodic testing. Develop recovery plans, mitigate service risks, and articulate value to contribute to contract renewals. Collaborate with Account Executives to identify sales opportunities, process self-service requests, and drive service management disciplines to meet SLA targets. Lead engineering efforts for new capabilities, conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, and mentor new team members while upholding company ethics and data privacy policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 15+ years of professional IT experience
- 5 years of demonstrated experience related to Enterprise focused TAM role, Solution Architecture
- 8+ years customer facing Service delivery experience within complex environments
- At least one professional certification (eg. ITILv3, TOGAF, PRINCE2 etc.), or equivalent demonstrable skills and experience
- Functional knowledge and experience on Windows Server
- Functional knowledge and experience on Virtualization; including VMWare & Hyper-Vs
- Functional knowledge and experience on Networking; including routing and switching, security, and firewalls
- Functional knowledge and experience on Storage & backup services/administration
- Functional knowledge and experience on Database; Understanding of data models and data flows in complex multitier database and application environments
- Functional knowledge and experience on Unix/Linux
- Functional knowledge and experience on BCP & DR scenarios/solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Multi-Tier Application architecture design
- Working knowledge of DR principles and practice
- Knowledge of Cloud (Public and Private)
- Excellent written skills to produce technical architecture, best practice, and white paper documents
- Demonstrated ability to deliver improvements in problematic customer engagements
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer service skills and communication skills
- Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English required
- Problem-solving skills to be able to resolve technical issues
- Ability to train customers to use systems and software
- Must be legally eligible to work in assigned country without visa sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Technology certifications preferred, such as MCSE, CCIE, RHCE, VCP, CCDP, Cloud etc
