Job Summary
Senior Enterprise Salesforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud. You will own technical design and end-to-end development within Salesforce Sales Cloud, architect and implement scalable Apex components and LWC, build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms, drive automation across opportunity lifecycle and approvals, collaborate with Product and Sales teams to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions, enforce security, governor limits, and test coverage, and lead technical projects across sprint cycles while mentoring junior engineers.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Engineering related discipline
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer with a focus on Sales Cloud
- Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
- Strong understanding of data model design, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade code at scale
- Experience integrating Salesforce with RESTful APIs and internal services
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
