Job Summary
Lead planning, execution, and implementation of complex enterprise initiatives involving new products, systems, technologies, and business processes within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Prioritize, plan, and track project progress while providing concise reporting to senior leaders, governance committees, and project teams on milestones, risks, and corrective actions. Assemble project teams, define roles, and coordinate cross-functionally to mitigate conflicts and resolve problems. Support the Enterprise Portfolio Governance Committee by preparing decision-ready information and escalating material risks. Requires five years of project management experience, PMP certification, and proficiency in tools like JIRA or Monday.com. Remote position with preference for local candidates within 90 miles of St. Paul, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years of project management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Thorough understanding of project management methodologies and phases
- Strong project management disciplines and skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Monday.com, Microsoft Project, JIRA, or other project management tools
- Strong skill set in the use of Microsoft Office Tools
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with AI tools and maintains an open, curious approach to emerging technologies
Desired Qualifications
- College degree in business related field
- Experience in the financial industry
