Sr. Enterprise Project Manager

Job Summary
Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress, coordinate resourcing, staffing, supply, and subcontract management, and lead project execution while ensuring alignment with company strategy. Communicate regularly on goal status regarding quality, reliability, schedule, and cost; monitor performance to recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, and resource additions. Provide direction to the team, manage resource allocation, and report progress to stakeholders by presenting updates on problems and solutions. Successfully manage client and third-party vendor relationships, update milestone information in IDeaS CRM software, and make recommendations for process improvements. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of project management experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Full-time hybrid role with occasional travel; legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years in a project management role
- Working knowledge of project management tool(s)
- Proficiency in MS Windows, and MS Office software suite
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to travel and/or adjust working hours occasionally to accommodate a variety of time zones
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work and learn independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status
