Job Summary
Sr. Enterprise Solutions Consultant leads the solution design and execution of onboarding new clients to the Addepar platform, ensuring solutions fit complex requirements and are compatible with the Addepar ecosystem. Responsibilities include onboarding clients, guiding implementation projects, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams, prioritizing multiple projects, identifying process improvements, and engaging with clients in a proactive, consultative manner. Required skills include finance/tech/consulting experience (6+ years), strong problem solving, client-focused communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; Python programming experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years professional experience working in finance, technology and/or consulting
- Experience designing and implementing solutions for complex problems
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Product)
- Experience programming in Python is a plus
