Sr Enterprise Business Services Analyst

Job Summary

Lead high-priority complex projects requiring functional integration with enterprise sponsors and serve as technical lead on large initiatives for assigned departments. Mentor new and existing Business and Systems Analysts on systems, processes, and vendor management while designing service level agreements with enterprise and vendors. Maintain knowledge of core systems including ERP, Workflow Systems, Microsoft 365, and Promotional/Marketing Systems, recommending changes to improve business conduct. Develop application training programs and foster collaborative relationships within the IT team. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, seven years of IT experience with enterprise-level applications, and extensive knowledge of the specified systems. Valid driver's license required for regular commuting between locations, with occasional evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum seven (7) years experience in Information Technology working with enterprise-level applications and services
  • Extensive experience with enterprise-level Systems including but not limited to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Workflow Systems, Microsoft 365, Promotional/Marketing Systems, and other enterprise-level systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and project management skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of the internet, e-business disciplines, and standards
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong technical verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to simplify terminology that a non-technical end-user and/or senior executive can understand
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical professionals
  • Basic understanding of software architecture
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in creating and implementing policy and procedures
  • Valid driver's license
  • Vehicle insurance with minimum liability limits
  • Strength sufficient to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects and/or move up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • Hearing sufficient to hear conversational levels in person, via videoconference and over the telephone
  • Speech sufficient to make oneself heard and understood in person, in front of groups, in meetings, via videoconference and over the telephone
  • Visual acuity that meets the requirements of the position: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading and visual inspection of employees, visitors or facility
  • Mobility sufficient to safely move in an office environment, walk, stoop, bend and kneel, and enter, exit and operate a motor vehicle in the course of travel to promotional events, meetings, conferences, trade shows and San Manuel properties
  • Endurance sufficient to sit, walk and stand for extended periods, and maintain efficiency throughout the entire work shift and during extended work hours
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Ability to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts
  • Travel to attend meetings, trade shows, and conferences
