Job Summary
The Senior Enterprise Applications Administrator is responsible for driving the efficiency and innovation of enterprise applications. Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing applications, developing and deploying new features, conducting thorough testing and quality assurance, and providing advanced technical support. Ideal candidates should possess strong skills in managing and configuring applications, problem-solving, and effective communication with stakeholders to gather requirements. A minimum of 5 years of experience along with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing and configuring enterprise-level applications, such as ERP systems, CRM platforms, HRIS applications
- Expertise in configuring and customizing application settings, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to align technical decisions with broader business strategies
- Project planning, task prioritization, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create comprehensive training materials and documentation
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering, technology or related discipline
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to manage development and deployment
- Experience implementing or supporting system integrations
- Application-specific certifications and/or training completion acknowledgements
- Experience in mentoring junior team members
