Sr. Enterprise Account Manager, Aviation

Job Summary
Own the interface from contract signature onwards for a portfolio of strategic Enterprise Aviation customers, managing onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention to drive revenue realization. Build relationships with executive stakeholders to identify requirements, champion customer feedback to steer programmatic and technical development, and deliver impeccable service through efficient issue resolution. Act as an extreme owner of assigned accounts to identify readiness levels, communicate risks, and lead implementation of process enhancements that scale the business while balancing resources. Maintain forecasted revenue on schedule and manage execution of complex contracts, including initial intake and term renegotiation. Requires 7+ years in customer-facing roles, 30% travel, and extended hours for critical milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
- high school diploma/equivalency certificate and 8+ years of professional business development, program management, sales or account management experience
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support critical milestones or operations shifts
- Availability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time as needed to customer sites/meetings
- This is NOT a remote position and would require relocation if not local to the Woodinville, WA, Redmond, WA, Hawthorne, CA, or Bastrop, TX area

Desired Qualifications
- Ability to interact with all levels within airline management on technical and account management issues
- Significant knowledge or experience in commercial and/or business aviation, satellite communications, and program or account management
- Experience working with the FAA, EASA, or other aerospace regulatory bodies
- Experience managing multiple complex projects and delivering under tight deadlines and resource constraints
- Experience building long-term and successful customer relationships demonstrating empathy, active listening, and resiliency skills
- Ability to synthesize multiple unique requirements and suggest smart solutions, products, or features
- Track record of demonstrating sound business judgment, evaluating alternatives, and making recommendations that were adopted and ultimately successful
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft and present professional presentations at all levels
- Ability to manage execution of significant or complex contracts, including initial intake, renegotiation of terms, and schedules. Especially after a contract is signed
