Job Summary
Sr Enterprise Account Executive responsible for producing new business revenue from a SaaS license model by executing account and territory planning, researching prospect customers, and applying field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects. Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO), oversee account strategy and cross‐functional team orchestration, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers map their IT roadmap to ServiceNow solutions. Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into deals and leverage AI-related insights or workflows to drive decision-making. Requires 10+ years of software or solutions sales experience, proven ability to establish trusted relationships, negotiate deals, achieve targets, and travel up to 50%. Work personas and flexible/remote/onsite considerations are noted as part of ServiceNow’s approach to distributed work.
