Sr Engineering Project Manager

Lead and manage the engineering and design of facility and building systems for Data Centers and Critical Facilities projects from conception through delivery. Responsibilities include defining project requirements with clients, establishing work plans and deadlines, managing client relationships, coordinating multi-project portfolios, producing engineering proposals and reports, tracking progress against goals and budgets, monitoring expenses, and guiding a project team across internal and external stakeholders. Requires hands-on experience with data center/critical facilities design, knowledge of building systems, and the ability to oversee design, quality control, staffing, and financials (P&L). Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or architecture field, P.E./AIA licensure or progress toward it, PMP certification (a plus), and strong client-facing communication, reporting, and business-development capabilities.
