Sr Engineering Project Manager

Lead engineering and design of facility and building systems for Data Centers and other Critical Facilities. Manage all phases of project management including design, quality control, staffing, budget management (P&L) while adhering to industry best practices. Interface with clients to define project requirements, manage client relationships, and present findings. Oversee multiple projects, champion design reports, produce engineering proposals (RFPs), and facilitate client meetings. Track progress against goals, timelines, and budgets; generate reports and forecast expenses; monitor costs to stay within budget. Lead project teams and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders, including contractors, customers, and suppliers. Drive business development for new and future projects in the area. Requires hands-on experience with Data Centers/Critical Facilities design; familiarity with building systems design; strong communication and reporting skills; proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel. Education and credentials: Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Architecture; PE license or actively pursuing; PMP is a plus. Previous experience in engineering consulting/A&E/MEP; veteran experience with military roles is a huge plus.
