Job Summary
Sr Engineer Technology Development at GlobalFoundries focused on process integration and device development for high voltage BCD processes. Responsibilities include executing engineering splits on development lots, device testing and report generation, collaborating with failure analysis and reliability teams on process/reliability issues, owning lots while learning the HV specific process/device development, and supporting high voltage test structure layout and device optimization. Requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science with 2-3 years of experience in process integration/technology development, exposure to HV device development, strong understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics, DOE for process development, and good communication and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Degree/master’s in Electrical Engineering/Physics/Material Science
- 2-3 years of process integration / technology development experience
- Exposure to high voltage device development will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics
- good understanding of design of experiment for process development
- Good communication skills and teamwork are essential to this job
