Job Summary
Senior/lead role focusing on end-to-end test strategy for medical device systems, owning verification & validation activities and building scalable automation frameworks. Lead design and execution of functional, integration, system-level and performance tests, develop test plans, reports, and traceability matrices, and drive automation integration into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate across software, hardware, systems, and quality teams; mentor junior engineers and contribute to tool selection and test methodology improvements. Strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, testability, coverage, and defect resolution, with hands-on scripting in Python/C/C++ and familiarity with Linux environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in medical device testing, system validation, or software quality engineering
- Strong understanding of system-level testing across hardware, software, and integrated systems
- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting (Python, C/C++, or similar)
- Solid knowledge of verification & validation processes and defect tracking systems
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment and system-level debugging
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
