Job Summary
Sr. Engineer, Software - GenAI (Hybrid) contributes to planning and scoping agentic AI systems, evaluates models and frameworks, assists engineering teams with technical analysis and workflow recommendations, and builds AI systems using LLMs, RAG, and tool orchestration. Responsibilities include building and optimizing pipelines with LangChain/LangGraph/CAMEL, collaborating with product/engineering/research to plan scalable assistant deployments, providing guidance on AI-native engineering patterns and emerging LLM trends, and supporting end-to-end delivery across frontend, backend, and ML teams while monitoring progress and risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- At least 1+ year experience with LLMs or agentic AI systems
- Proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CAMEL)
- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and embedding-based retrieval
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- Experience with chatbot frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Rasa) and backend integration workflows
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps/model deployment practices
