Job Summary
Characterize process optimization strategies and troubleshoot operational issues across operations, manufacturing, pilot plant, and capital projects environments. Manage manufacturing equipment ownership within the CMMS system, including work orders, PM strategies, and spare parts definitions. Collaborate with engineering staff to optimize maintenance strategies and lead equipment improvement projects. Develop performance metrics to reduce downtime and enhance system reliability while supporting deviation processes and CAPAs. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for design, maintenance, and compliance operations. Drive Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance within the organization. Requires a Doctorate in Engineering or Master's with three years of experience, plus bilingual English and Spanish skills.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Engineering
- Master's degree in Engineering with 3+ years of engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of engineering experience
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
