Job Summary
Design mechanical solutions for sheet metal and piping while collaborating with suppliers, procurement, and industrial engineering. Create and review CAD drawings, specifications, and bills of materials to ensure compliance with cost, quality, and timeline objectives. Analyze and resolve product-related technical issues to simplify assembly and enhance quality. Manage Master Items BOMs in Oracle, update product BOMs, and ensure accurate data entry in Oracle and PLM systems. Calculate solution costs and support Oracle Configurator capabilities while adhering to ITC regulations and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Ideally in the Air Conditioning sector
- Knowledge of light structural work processing
- Good understanding of refrigeration principles
- Proficiency in 3D/2D CAD (PTC Creo, Solid Edge)
- Proficiency in PLM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with management computer systems
- Understanding of technical norms
- Understanding of BOM structure/configurations
- Understanding of thermal products
- Understanding of refrigerant
- Understanding of hydraulic components
- Understanding of mechanical components
- Strong problem-solving skills
