Job Summary
Design and develop DC power systems for telecommunication products, leading new product development, VA/VE, and quality improvement projects from end to end. Estimate, plan, coordinate, and execute projects with subordinates to meet customer deadlines while collaborating with manager and lead engineers. Independently conduct work product reviews, analytical calculations, and design reviews to maintain desired performance levels. Manage large Creo CAD assemblies, handle engineering change orders, and guide team members in design and development tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in New Product Design
- Excellent command on Creo into sheet metal/bus bar domain
- Experience on Part & Assembly Modelling, Drafting and Engineering Change Orders
- Knowledge of material selection & Sheet metal manufacturing processes
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
- A willingness to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in handling large Creo CAD assemblies and manage modifications
- Experience on any PDM/PLM tools like Oracle PLM
- Experience on design of Telecom/Electrical/Electronic Enclosure Product
- Experience in doing Quality checks, conducting DFMEA & DFMA of Product assembly
- Experience in Value Engineering and Value Analysis projects
- Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision and timely manner
- Handle projects independently and guide team members as needed
- Good Interpersonal skills and ability to work in team environment
