Job Summary
Sr. Engineer in Manufacturing Operations providing engineering support for semiconductor process operations. Responsible for overseeing operational activities to meet daily targets such as cycle time, throughput, prototype success, and shipment planning; supports automated assembly tools and collaborates with engineering and industrial engineering teams to ensure capacity modeling accuracy (UPH assumptions and constraints). Drives manufacturing efficiencies, quality, and productivity improvements while adhering to Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements. Works with fab-floor stakeholders on day-to-day production and continuous improvement initiatives; strong communication skills and proficiency in data analysis, root cause analysis, and SPC are required.
