Sr Engineer Integration & Yield Engineering

Job Summary
Support development and qualification of new processes, manage new product introduction from tapeout to prototyping, and troubleshoot inline measurement and electrical test issues. Identify and resolve line and wafer yield-related problems, optimize process margins through Design of Experiments, and monitor SPC trends for critical parameters. Perform project management and data analysis to support integration goals, develop custom processes for customer requirements, and drive continuous improvement plans. Build defect source libraries, conduct product/process partitioning studies, and ensure processes are documented with failure mode mitigation plans.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies

Desired Qualifications
