Job Summary
Manage infrastructure projects from feasibility through FEED and detailed design, ensuring safety is paramount in all planning and execution. Prepare technical scopes of work for site investigations, feasibility studies, and EPC phases covering onshore pipelines, offshore gas export systems, and LNG terminals. Lead project management duties including vendor oversight, schedule monitoring, and budget control while reviewing consultant submittals for compliance with design rules and standards. Support permitting teams for environmental documentation and participate in risk analysis and remediation activities. Fluency in Arabic is preferred; up to 20% travel required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Ocean Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design, project engineering, and construction in marine or offshore industries
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite
- Use of scheduling programs such as MS Project or Primavera
- Hands-on experience using AutoCAD and other engineering design software for developing and reviewing technical drawings, layouts, and schematics
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proven strengths in diverse and multi-cultural environments
- Ability to adapt, to establish and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in Arabic language (written and spoken)
- Previous LNG and or FSRU project experience
