Job Summary
The Sr Engineer II, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is responsible for leading continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing quality, service, cost, throughput, and operational stability. This role executes Lean Six Sigma strategies, utilizing problem-solving methodologies while working closely with site leaders and cross-functional teams. A key aspect includes coaching Green Belts and assisting in CI training to promote a culture of operational excellence. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and 6-10 years of relevant experience along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, engineering, or quality
- 1–3 years leading LSS projects
- Experience supporting LSS programs, Daily Management deployment, or problem-solving frameworks
