Job Summary
Senior Electrical Engineer - Facility Construction: Responsible for safety and quality compliance, leading quality-improvement initiatives to reduce Fab impacts, owning construction specifications and design standards/checklists, and coordinating contracted engineers and vendors to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget. Key activities include developing Basis of Design documents for bidding, reviewing 3D models and field installations, approving drawings and submittals, and ensuring commissioning and acceptance of equipment. Requires strong cross-functional collaboration, effective technical communication, and proven experience in electrical system designs. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; Travel/Relocation willingness in Taiwan. Micron emphasizes safety, compliance, and cost-efficiency across memory/storage construction programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of proven experience in electrical design and related project execution
- Ability to plan, drive and complete projects effectively
- Experience coordinating with engineers, designers, and manufacturers
- Proven ability to communicate and present technical information to diverse audiences
- Willingness to travel and relocate in Taiwan (TW)
