Job Summary
Lead CVD equipment performance, reliability, and operational excellence by maximizing OEE, driving continuous improvement projects, and resolving complex technical issues. Maintain and support equipment readiness through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades to minimize downtime while analyzing technical charts. Own assigned toolsets including AMAT Producer, Lam Vector, Lam Speed, or Wonik Gemini, ensuring adherence to safety practices and Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements. Execute activities in normal or swing shifts as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication industry
- Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
- Perform Normal / Swing Shift (or 12-hour rotating shift if required)
Desired Qualifications
- Direct CVD experience on AMAT producer or Lam Speed/Vector will be an advantage
