SR ENGINEER/ENGINEER, STPG PE NAND

Develop alternate test platforms to improve NAND test coverage and apply sophisticated customer use case sequences. Design novel test algorithms and programs for validating NAND features and commands while performing functional and design validation on high-speed tester hardware. Maintain characterization and qualification test programs based on datasheet specifications and monitor performance during Assured Quality Level testing. Conduct electrical failure analysis to investigate root causes of device issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive closure. Leverage AI to automate program development and work processes whenever possible. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering required with experience in Python/C/C++, semiconductor physics, and data analytics.
