Sr. Engineer Electrical

Job Summary
Lead design and development of motors (induction and synchronous) including CAD-based design, analyses (FEA, closed-form), validation, and production support; provide technical input to sales for non-standard products; review and approve drawings and documentation; mentor junior engineers; contribute to cross-functional reports and technical papers; ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company standards; represent the company at customer meetings and technical conferences; collaborate across Engineering, Marketing, Factory Operations, Supply Chain, and Service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 5–8 years of relevant work experience in designing rotating machines, preferably electric motors and generators
- Experience with medium and high voltage equipment (2.4 – 13.8 kV)
- Experience with CAD, PDM, and simulation software
- Strong technical reading and writing skills
- Effective verbal communication with internal teams and external customers
