Sr Engineer, Development (NetSuite)

Job Summary
Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings in NetSuite while configuring custom fields, forms, workflows, saved searches, and dashboards. Design, develop, and maintain SuiteScript scripts and SuiteFlow workflows to enhance business processes, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and middleware tools like SnapLogic. Provide day-to-day technical support to internal users, document processes, and implement automation opportunities. Oversee sandbox refreshes, release management, and post-upgrade testing to maintain system performance and data integrity. Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure the scalability and reliability of the ERP ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-9 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite administration and development
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Procurement, and Asset Management
- Proven experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce and/or ServiceNow
- Experience with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST APIs), and SuiteAnalytics
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and JSON/XML data formats
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities
- Shift IST: 7 PM-4 AM
- Job Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Gurgaon
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SnapLogic or other middleware integration platforms
- Experience with third-party bundles and SuiteApps (Avalara, BlackLine, NSPB)
- NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation
- NetSuite Certified Administrator
- SuiteCloud Developer
- SnapLogic certification (if applicable)
