Sr. Engineer - Data Onboarding, NG-SIEM (Hybrid)

Job Summary
Develop frictionless data onboarding capabilities for NG-SIEM customers by designing and implementing features that support ingesting petabytes of daily data from 100+ sources. Lead cross-team platform initiatives to build autonomous agents that streamline onboarding while solving hard problems in distributed systems regarding high availability, reliability, and cost optimization. Develop production systems in Go within multi-region environments, participate in monthly on-call rotation, and drive AI-enhanced workflows to improve efficiency. Collaborate with UI, UX, and product teams to scale systems for unlimited data ingestion across all first and third-party data sources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining multiple software products/systems/releases, preferably in a SaaS delivery model, across all phases of the development lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership leading Design & Implementation of features & capabilities that span multiple disciplines
- Fluency in at least one programming language, preferably in Scala or Go; Java; .Net or any other programming language can be considered
- Can-do attitude, and that you thrive collaborating in a team and are not afraid of taking on responsibilities
- Product focus mindset and strong ownership based on the mindset 'we built it, we own it'
- Demonstrated track record of operational excellence when operating services that span many components across several geographical regions
- Strong communication skills; working collaboratively and confidently with internal stakeholders
- Strong experience in completing tasks for multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with transactional DB's (MySQL, Postgres etc), Docker, K8s, Kafka, AWS SQS, or any other streaming technology
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
- This role is open to candidates located in Denmark, Aarhus and Dublin Ireland Only
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale (distributed) system architecture, high scalability and availability, and optimization
- Experience or interest in driving agentic-AI projects
- Experience with Commercial clouds (GCP, AWS or Azure)
- Prior experience in Cybersecurity
