Job Summary
Oversee and implement quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures for all civil and structural works, including industrial structures, site infrastructure, sewage, drainage networks, and architectural projects. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, IS codes, ASTM, and BIS standards. Conduct site inspections for concrete works, reinforcement, shuttering, and finishing while reviewing material test reports, inspection test plans, and quality documentation. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and third-party quality control agencies to resolve non-conformities and prepare quality-related records and inspection checklists. Participate in audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning. Provide technical guidance to site teams for continuous improvement. Requires 8–10 years of experience and proficiency in Gen AI tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- 8–10 years of experience in quality assurance and control for civil and industrial infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of civil codes, standards, and material testing procedures
- Experience in sewage, drainage, and site infrastructure development
- Working knowledge of quality documentation, inspection plans, and construction methodologies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in using Gen AI Tools, Copilot, Copilot library & Agent bots
