Job Summary
Ensures the stability, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure and services. Monitors IT systems, servers, and networks; responds to incidents, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs; performs routine maintenance, patching, and updates for servers, applications, and network devices; supports backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes; collaborates with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and implement solutions; maintains accurate documentation of configurations and incident resolutions; assists in automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency; supports onboarding of new services into the IT operations run environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree: Graduate / Professional Degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Information Technology
