Job Summary
Senior-level role in business development focusing on identifying and cultivating new opportunities in petrochemical, oil & gas, power, chemical, and allied process segment customers. Lead opportunities from initial engagement through purchase order, coordinate with sales teams and partners, conduct site surveys, demonstrate products, and drive solution selling while building strategic customer relationships and providing market insights. Requires a bachelor’s degree in instrumentation engineering (or equivalent) and 10-15 years of BD or instrumentation-related experience; preferred knowledge includes petrochemical/oil & gas applications and valve automation, with strong commercial acumen and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
