Job Summary
Lead and oversee engineering projects from conception through implementation, ensuring design, development, and testing phases meet specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product optimization, design new products or modifications, and analyze data to solve complex engineering problems. Provide mentorship to junior engineers, prepare technical documentation, and present progress reports to the VP of Engineering. Ensure all work adheres to regulatory and safety standards while participating in cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives. Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule with flexibility for extended hours; occasional lab or manufacturing floor inspections required.
Required Qualifications
