Job Summary
Sr Engineer in Aftermarket Services Engineering based in North Haven, CT, focusing on asset utilization of the Hugo RAS platform. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repair, and functional testing of large electromechanical capital equipment; development of testing, rework, repair, and disposition processes for returned products; leading change management and design updates with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, field service, supply chain); identifying root causes of failures and implementing corrective actions; supporting tooling/fixtures improvements, and conducting data-driven analyses and reporting. Preferred exposure to medical device/regulatory environments and experience with SAP, Agile, ServiceMax, and Salesforce. U.S. work authorization sponsorship is offered for Principal-level roles and above; this role requires an on-site presence in North Haven, CT with a competitive compensation package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience OR PhD with 0 years relevant experience. Relevant experience must include working with complex electromechanical systems.
