Job Summary
Senior Engineer role responsible for developing and applying advanced engineering techniques for assembly and packaging processes; leads complex projects, develops policies, supervises a small team, coordinates with multiple departments, and interfaces with external consultants to deliver design, validation, and documentation across manufacturing and pharmaceutical/medical device clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with four (4) years of Assembly and Packaging Process experience
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Project Management skills
- Experience in Automated and manual inspection equipment operation
- Engineering techniques and procedures to improve equipment reliability and performance
- Validation and documentation processes
