Job Summary
Lead and contribute to complex water resources, mine water management, wastewater network, and stormwater management projects while taking on technical project management responsibilities. Build and maintain strong client relationships through all project phases and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve challenging technical problems. Mentor and support the development of junior engineering professionals, contribute to project proposals and technical reports, and help expand into new markets. Work on projects across Western Canada with potential opportunities for international collaboration. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Hydrotechnical, or Water Resources Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada, or eligibility to obtain registration
- Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following: Mine water management, Wastewater networks, Water resources infrastructure, Numerical flow modelling, Stormwater management
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and contribute to business growth
- A collaborative mindset, technical curiosity, and a passion for engineering excellence
- Work on projects across Western Canada, with potential opportunities for international collaboration
