Sr. Energy Career Outreach Specialist

Lead and execute local outreach to promote energy-efficiency careers among students and job seekers; build relationships with career centers, vocational/technical schools, high schools, and colleges to create a steady pipeline of eligible participants; plan and present at career day events, job fairs, and community events; maintain a leads database with ongoing follow-up; promote development programs and training paths; support social media and digital campaigns to raise awareness; meet and exceed defined performance metrics; operate in a hybrid role with travel up to 50% within a defined territory; research local workforce development markets and identify key allies; prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly activity reports; engage in continuous operational improvements.
