Job Summary
Lead change-management initiatives to maximize associate adoption of new systems, processes, and organizational changes across Mars Veterinary Health; develop and implement strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage metrics and KPIs to drive adoption, create actionable deliverables for change-management levers (communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management), coach managers through transitions, and build reusable change-management resources and tools to mature change practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Change Management and Development, organizational psychology, organizational behavior, business administration, or related field
- Prosci, Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and/or Master’s degree preferred
