Job Summary
Sr. Electrician at JLL oversees the operation, repair and maintenance of the building electrical and lighting systems, serves as a subject matter expert on electrical, life safety, and fire alarm systems, and troubleshoots operational and emergency situations. Requires NFPA-70E knowledge and Arc Flash PPE proficiency; responsibilities include performing new installations, PMs, coordinating with other departments, ensuring safety and compliance with environmental, health and safety standards, managing inventory and tools, submitting purchase orders, and supporting budget development. Must be physically able to operate tools, work in confined spaces, on roofs, and comply with safety training requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Trade license (Electrician)
- NFPA-70e
- OSHA-10
- Skilled with electric hand tools
- Able to work in tight spaces and on roofs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS
