Sr Electrical Project Manager

Job Summary
Develop project safety plans, controls, and quality/closeout strategies aligned with contract documents. Manage project financial forecasts, billings, and estimates while leading constructability reviews and CPM schedule development. Direct supervision of project superintendents and engineers to establish operational priorities and mitigate high-risk items. Create subcontracting strategies, enforce contracts, and manage insurance/bond compliance for trade contractors. Lead risk mitigation planning and networking strategies to strengthen client and industry relationships. Provide coaching and career development for team members within a diverse, inclusive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 8-12 years of experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of industry standard software
- Microsoft Office
- Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
