Job Summary
Lead detailed cost estimates for large-scale industrial/commercial electrical projects, including take-offs, pricing, and bid strategies. Conduct site visits, pre-bid meetings, and risk assessments. Collaborate with project managers/engineers on execution plans and value engineering. Review proposals for accuracy/completeness; present to leadership. Refine cost databases using historical data/market trends. Mentor junior team members; improve department processes. Proficiency in estimating software (McCormick, Accubid), Bluebeam; strong NEC knowledge; experience with automation/controls and design-build a plus. Degree in Electrical Engineering/Construction Management preferred; 7+ years electrical estimating experience required.

- Strong knowledge of NEC, construction sequencing
