Job Summary
Enhance electrical engineering skills by working with digital, analog, and RF hardware to test, debug, and troubleshoot complex circuit card assemblies and electro-mechanical systems. Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to achieve concurrence and resolve production, testing, and integration issues. Provide technical oversight and direction for airborne electrical products while managing cost, schedule, and technical execution throughout the product lifecycle. Support development and sustainment activities for ALEGS Department products, including circuit design, assembly processes, and test automation scripting. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, five years of relevant experience, and active U.S. government security clearance. Works the 2nd shift (3pm-12am) on a 9/80 schedule in Tucson, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree
- Minimum of 5 years' prior relevant experience
- Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis
- Experience with digital signal processing
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers
- Less than 10% annual travel
- 2nd Shift availability (3pm - 12am)
- 9/80 schedule availability (every other Friday off)

- Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action investigations
- Experience performing electrical engineering design of CCA, EO, RF, Seeker/Sensor, or electronic subsystem
