Sr. Electrical Engineer

Job Summary
Design, develop, and validate production test fixtures for PCBA manufacturing, including power sequencing, signal routing, and high-speed interface integration. Program and maintain PLC-based control systems for functional test stations, developing automation logic for safety interlocks and test execution. Interface with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure deliverables meet rigorous manufacturing standards while troubleshooting control circuits and communication networks to minimize downtime. Create schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams, then validate designs against safety, ESD, and EMC standards. Support new product introduction and high-volume production environments through fixture development and yield analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering
- 8 to 10 years of experience designing jigs and fixtures for a PCBA manufacturing process
- Knowledge of Pneumatic systems and PLC's
- Familiar with motor systems and Robotics
- Knowledge of engineering principles, such as mechanics, thermodynamics, materials science, and fluid dynamics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a multi-site and multi-cultural environments
- Domestic and/or International travel, up to 10%, may be required
