Job Summary
Conduct field surveys, prepare site assessments, and design electrical schematics for large-scale healthcare projects. Perform power and lighting calculations using ETAP/SKM, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and develop fire alarm layouts per NFPA 72. Manage multiple projects with senior engineers, prepare client proposals, and oversee construction administration including RFIs and punch lists. Work a hybrid schedule of three days in the Seattle office with full benefits including 401(k) matching and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of professional electrical engineering experience
- Proven ability to lead electrical design projects and manage design teams
- Demonstrated project management capability
- Proficient with AutoCAD, ETAP/SKM, and Revit
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
